Im an old fart amiga user.. with a history as an "sysop" for swedish yggdrazil bbs and the nordic PD library (NPD).
Also selling and promoting the MEBBS bulletin board system in sweden.
Some basic skills in C on the SAS C compiler (lattice) more as "interested" than skilful.
(thinking of learning to port some simple code to aros)

Simply hooked on the amiga since then and like to follow all "threads" of amiga related development.
recently decided to buy the ares 2011 system for fun and retro kicks and more..

Apreciate the work done on aros and think aros have a great potential on the modern "amiga scene"
both developers and supporters seems to be verry nice and competent people with real dedication and skills. Thank you all for that.
I will contribute with what I can do to be a part of this great venture.

Fun to be here

Hi droopy and welcome in the wonderfull world of Aros.

We always can use 'old farts' as they tend to have a very profound way of doing things ;)

Nice to see you have some basic skills and that you intend to use those as well. We really could use a hand (or 2) :D

Anyways, enjoy the stay for as long as you like and don't be shy to ask questions here and there.

regards,
