Thread title. Attempting to install on a Dell 3070 Micro PC, with an I3 7th gen. So no DVD option available. No errors flashing the usb image, using Etcher, it loads into Grub, then no matter what option I pick, it hangs on waiting for bootable media.

New 256gb flash drive, also trying a 128gb drive I used to install multiple variants of Linux on similar PCs, as well as Windows on my current PC. No dice. Is the USB image just non-functional entirely?

Just to double check, I installed ReactOS on the same system using the same drive, works fine.

Regarding your problem, I think your Hardware is not supported, please check compatibility HERE

Possibly write here the characteristics of your Computer !

If your hardware is not supported, try AROS One (ISO DVD) on a Virtual Machine, compatibility is assured, I recommend VMware, I attach video link showing how to install it!

Welcome, drdeath4h to AROS. This intel micro is too new for good AROS support at the moment.
Can the hard drive/ssd be removed and try installing on something older and then put back?
Do you have anything older (like around 2010/2) or more AMD based?

usb3 issue with boot (better with a physical usb2 chipset which this usb3 chipset removed for virtual usb2)
intel graphics means vesa 2d only
audio alc3234 no support at the moment
on the good side ethernet Realtek RTL8111HSD-CG should work
