Hi to all and Merry Christmas. Is there a linux version of YAM? If not, is there a way to convert the YAM database to something suitable for a linux email client?

There is this https://www.onworks.net/software/linux/app-yam-yet-another-mailer but not sure how well it works. Alternatively, you can try downloading the source code from here https://github.com/jens-maus/yam/releases and compile it on Linux.

When someone compiles YAM for 64-bit AROS, you can then directly use it under Linux via AxRuntime.

I tried to compile YAM on AROS One v11 with WMware, at the end of the compilation I get these errors!

I'm not a coder, so I can't compile Yam for linux. I only need at least to convert Yam's database to something suitable to a different email client.

I did it! Smile The email client I choose is Claws Mail and it's almost like YAM. All the email are stored just like YAM's ones and all you need to do is only rename all the files as numbers starting from 1. Hope this can be of some help for someone that needs to have all the email on a linux mail client.
