WIP filesysbox.library port

I just wanted to write that after a few days' work I now have a version of filesysbox.library that compiles for AROS and incorporates many of the fixes and improvements I have done to the AmigaOS 4.x version.

Apart from some last fixes to the source code the next step is obviously to port a FUSE filesystem over to it (very likely NTFS3G) as ATM with nothing making use of the library there is no way to be sure if it's working or not.

I was originally going to post this on aros-exec.org but that site now thinks that I'm a BAD_IP for some reason so I'm not allowed access anymore.

That's good news salass00. Thank you very much for that.

Yes, unfortunately the communication seems a bit disturbed lately (there was just another 24 hours added to me being a bad IP) :D

Thanks you for having taken the time to post your message here :thumbsup:

Excellent news! Make sure to take the FUSE bounty, so people can donate for your efforts :)

@magorium

Good to know I wasn't the only one affected by this. I can access aros-exec.org again now, though.

@BSzili

Thanks for this suggestion. I've sent an e-mail to power2people saying that I would like to take on the bounty.

For some early screenshots of filesysbox.library/NTFileSystem3G running on linux hosted AROS check the thread on aros-exec.org:

For some reason the forum engine here won't allow me to add the screenshots here using img tag.

Apparently there is a bug in this version of the CMS and it won't be fixed until version 8:

https://www.php-fusion.co.uk/forum/viewthread.php?thread_id=34168

I'll see if I can find a plug-in alternative to it.

hi salass00,

looking good there :applauds:

I've already needed to answer some questions as of what filesysbox/fuse actually is and how it can benefit users... now hopefully i've explained that correctly :)

filesysbox.library 53.2 (6.8.2015)

- FBXQMM_MOUNT_CONTROL doesn't skip the first character of the Control string on AROS any more.

filesysbox.library 53.3 (13.8.2015)

- CHECKWRITABLE() now also checks if the FBXVF_READ_ONLY flag is set.

- Removed code for opening and closing of intuition.library since this library was not used anywhere.
