AROS Graphics HIDD - GFX acceleration for Wanderer

How does AROS Graphics HIDD compares with MorphOS/AmigaOS4 accelerated underlying gfx systems? AmigaOS4 has extended their P96 system to accommodate for hardware accelerated transparency and shadow effects in workbench used by their 'composite engine' which seem tied to 3d capabilities of their gfx boards, where through CompositeTags() you get HW accelerated 3D features in 2D windows with BOOPSI GUI. and MorphOS also using a similar solution, Layers3D since 2.0.

Do we have something similar on AROS?
