Thanks for mentioning Tiny Aros. The site is pretty thorough. Too bad I couldn't make a single ISO and the installation has to be done in two steps. The 32-bit version is functional and updated; you can download additional packages, especially games and developer tools, and finally, there's a mods archive.
As for the x86_64 version, I'm waiting for further developments, that is, the release in September
