Anomalies found on WMvare with V11:

- Not work Native and safe mode
- If you use 'Opaque' Commodities, graphical artefacts are created when enlarging windows, see screendshot
- ProTrekkr creashes the system (SDL problem?)

There are seems to be general stability issues under VMWare so the booting problem can be because of this. I took note of the Opaque problem.

Opaque also produces the same graphical problem on ABIv0, but much less visible.

Quick update from me: over last couple of days I've been debugging HDAudio driver for 64-bit. I already fixed a number of memory trashing errors, but there are still some left that can quickly destabilize the whole system if you are unlucky.

Thanks, yes on a laptop I have the system is destabilized, on the HPZ400 everything is fine except for the requesters that appear every now and then

on my laptop compaq 6720s usb tethering works also mplayer Every now and then the requester related to HDAUDIO appears and gives me an error but I can continue to use the computer by closing it

Good to hear usb tethering is working. Issues with hdaudio are hopefull going to be fixed in next build.

When I restart or turn off the laptop everything goes into guru in the HP Z400 instead it does not

It will happen somewhere in 2025, hopefully around summer. Right now (for the release in Q1 2025) the focus is to have stable build on VirtualBox and VMWare.

New patch available:

It addresses a number of stability issues with kernel and HDAudio driver - for example sound of plugging in pen drive should no longer cause crash.
