I've hit peaks of 20 Mb in download, the stability seems great, I don't have any problems on my system

Just added the new tcp stack to mu i5 lapop. On fast.com I'm getting 16 Mbps vs 15 Mbps with the old stack, but this is over wifi.

I wanted to ask if it's possible to get an update of arostcp if I'm not asking too much for abiv0 i386. I know the transition to 64-bit is underway, but I have some netbooks that still work well, and it would be nice to have this update. I'm only asking for this.

Well, I didn't really plan to make updates to ABIv0. I assume you are asking to port the "speed up" patch to ABIv0?

I applied the "speed up" patches on ABIv0 AROSTCP. Completly untested. If it works, great. If not, we'll have to live with the current AROSTCP.

I think there's a small increase in download speed, I didn't really notice it, thanks anyway

These days I'm downloading at 2.5 Mbps, it never happened to me with the old stack

Is that Megabits or Megabytes? Is it better or worse than before?

2 mb per second, better than before, I tried downloading from archives

I tried with the old stack, it downloads at 340 kb per second, so there’s an improvement

I did a Wi-Fi speed test with fast.com and then uploaded a pretty big file to Archives, and it didn’t take long
