Last test for today. I have updated the driver changing how some component inside the gfx chip works. Please test.
Most probably this could work good at 1920x1080.

@sonountaleban Probably some more code need to be implemented for your cpu/gpu, and without your log (you go to holidays if i remember correctly) i can't be able to check if what we change is correct, i'd say we could continue when you return, unless someone else with a similar hardware came out.

OK but you need to find some USB pendrive for proper tests, and also you need to tell me if you use a TV for display. It's important because i need to program properly the chips for driving the panel of your laptop, if you use a TV it's not the same.

- 1920x1080 > Works well
- 1024x768 > Works well
- 800x600 > Works in windowed mode, with graphical artifacts when moving windows to the bottom or side
- 640x480 > Works in windowed mode, with graphical artifacts when moving windows to the bottom or side

- 1680x1050 > White Screen
- 1600x900 > White Screen
- 1440x900 > White Screen
- 1440x1050 > White Screen
- 1366x768 > White Screen
- 1280x1024 > White Screen
- 1280x800 > White Screen
- 1280x600 > White Screen
- 1152x864 > White Screen

OK thanks but i need the log to be examined for making proper fixing.

Do you need the out.log files for each resolution, or do they accumulate?
I'm attaching the out.log file that was left on the USB drive; it's larger than usual, so I'm not sure if there are more logs.

Accumulated is perfect so you can change every resolution without saving more than one log. I do like this multiple change of resolutions all in one log file.

With those limited info from log (that only lists working resolutions) we produced a new driver attached.

In order to know how to fix, i need the artifact captured into the log. Please boot to 1024x768 and try to reproduce the artifact. Take a picture and Power off the machine. This saves a log with the artifact.
Next reboot and instead try to select other non working resolutions all in one log if possible, if not try to save the logs for a couple or more resolutions.

Sorry, that was a copy-and-paste error—1024x768 works very well; the artifacts and screen clipping only occur at 800x600 and 640x480.

Updated first post with the new ISO rebuilt with Contrib that will be used at Pianeta Amiga 2026 in Empoli (Italy) to show the driver.

Grazie per aver testato, ma se non mi mandi il file out.log ogni volta che testi, non riuscirò mai nemmeno a tentare di fissare quei bugs.

There are two logs: the first is the Guru log that appears on the low-resolution screen when I press the laptop’s power button.
In the second, the screen goes black when you press ‘USA’; this doesn’t always happen – usually it occurs the second time you reset the resolution.

Sono due i Log, uno il Guru che appare su Schermo bassa risoluzione quando premo tasto spegnimento portatile.
Il secondo lo schermo diventa nero quando premi USA, non succede sempre di solito la seconda volta quando ricabi risoluzione.
