João "Hardwired" Ralha was kind enough to write an excellent article in his blog about our website AROSWorld.org.
In this blogpost he shares his view on AROSWorld.org, and ofcourse we like that kind of (positive) attention.
In reflection to João's post we must admit that indeed AROSWorld.org was almost gone and did not seem to have a sturdy base for it's existence.
In fact, this became even more evidently when the AROS Playground website opened his portals with their focus on all important games that are released for AROS. Unluckily we from AROSWorld already had talked behind the scenes on doing something similar. So, instead we started focusing on our newsposts.
Indeed we are now getting more visitors by the day, and we have to thank the AROS developers, the distribution maintainers, all the people that port games and other software developers for giving us material enough to be able to post about.
At the same time we do realize that the current website still needs some polishing and get things more in shape. If you think you can be of assistance in that matter or think you are able to contribute then please do not hesitate to contact us.
Because just like João mentioned: AROS is getting better and stronger just like it's userbase. And as such those users deserve different hide-outs to communicate and share their thoughts. So please join us and make AROS stronger.
As editor i like to thank amigamia and cavemann for their unbiased and everlasting support, rebraist for his contributions, our other members for their posts and all others that visit us from time to time.
Thank you João for your blogpost and your kind words.
